Hagelunie will deal with your complaint as well as possible. If you believe that we have not sufficiently succeeded in resolving your dissatisfaction you may apply to the Complaints Board for Financial Services, P.O. Box 93257, Nl-2509 AG THE HAGUE, www.kifid.nl.
You may also put your dispute before the Courts.
