Integrity and respect: conditions for Hagelunie’s actions
Hagelunie thinks that it is important that the customer experiences and recognises in it:

  1. Hagelunie is bound by the Personal Data Protection Act. It subscribes to the Code of Conduct for Processing of Personal Data by Financial Institutions drawn up by the Dutch Association of Banks and Dutch Association of Insurers. This code of conduct is an effect of the legal protection of the use of personal data of customers. You can request a copy of the code of conduct from Hagelunie.   2. The personal data which you will provide will be used by Hagelunie in order to advise you as well as possible about its products and service. Additionally this data will be used to protect, detect and fight fraud. If you do not wish to receive any information about products and services then you can inform Hagelunie of this.
  3. Hagelunie is extremely carefull when processing your personal data. It only uses the data which it needs to provide optimal service. Insofar as that does not arise from the law or from obligations which Hagelunie has entered into towards you, your personal data will not be provided to third parties without your consent.
  4. As far as insurances are concerned, Hagelunie also processes medical personal data. Processing thereof takes place under the responsibility of medical advisors. Medical advisors assess matters in the field of acceptance and payment of life insurances and permanent incapacity insurances for example. Pursuant to his professional privilege, a medical advisor is bound to secrecy.
  5. You have the option of viewing your personal data and correcting it in the event of any discrepancies. You can request a copy of your data in writing from Hagelunie.
